Learning Systems Architect / Project Manager
2010-Current, University of Florida College of Education
Co-leading development, pre-production/production of course video for the M.Ed. in Educational Leadership Online program (Example Playlist).
Project manager and technology development lead for the project, Florida STEM-TIPS (Teacher Induction and Professional Support), funded by the Florida Department of Education.
Strong social media advocate for all programs at UF with a working knowledge of many popular variations.
Co-led the development and design of the College of Education’s newest learning system and community of practice (STEM TIPS, Electronic Field Guide, and improvements on Leaf).
Led the instructional technology integration for the South Florida i3 initiative, including creation of surveys and leading instructional design changes to existing courses.
Led and co-designed the user experience, learning experience, user interface adjustments, and facilitated the direction of video/photography/animations (and ancillary development) of six standards-based professional development courses for the Florida Office of Early Learning.
Led the design, development and final completion of the IPI Data Dashboard and iPod Touch App, including pilot testing in Duval County
Created the system for district-level inquiry showcase program completion using online tools.
Wire-framing several websites (including: INQ and Algebra Nation in Fall 2012).

Designed and facilitated the development of the web-enabled prototype user experience (UX): NEFEC Model for School Improvement, an online instructional tool management systems.
Designed and delivered district and school level support in data analysis for instructional reform.
Designed and delivered professional development activities (onsite and online) for school leadership teams and teacher leaders in aligning curriculum to teaching standards (Common Core and SSS), instructional design and delivery, and assessment development and delivery (formative and summative).
Collaborated with seven Florida state colleges to provide support for articulation agreements with 15 NEFEC member districts.
Co-evaluated professional development offerings and data analysis tools for 15 member districts.
Collected and synthesized current research for grant writing and program development.

Designed and facilitated the delivery of training experiences that enhance school-based leadership teams.
Led the design of NEFEC’s Principal Leadership Academy with superintendents and the State of Florida’s Department of Education (based on best practices in leadership and the Florida Principal Leadership Standards).
Developed and updated the NEFEC Principal Leadership Academy web presence, including website authoring, social marketing, news blasts, and podcast creation.
Wrote grants to fund training initiatives and facilitate evaluations of implemented practices throughout the region.
Co-developed and delivered statewide training in literacy leadership for Just Read, Florida! for principals and their leadership teams.
Co-developed online and face-to-face training experiences for the W.C. Golden Professional Development Program for School Leaders (aligned to the Florida Principal Leadership Standards-FPLS).
Wrote Florida’s Plan for Developing and Supporting Quality School Leadership: W.C. Golden Professional Development Program for School Leaders with the guidance of the Florida Department of Education.
Worked closely with fifteen districts to design their individual leadership plans and gain state approval.
Collaborated with state agencies, other consortia, and district leadership to create and align all training to FPLS and Interstate School Leadership Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) Standards.
